I trainned on a Katana at YQB
(Pro-Aviation). I paid $90CDN per hour...My licence cost me around $9kcdn.
3 month ago, I rented a Cesna 172 SP
almost new for circa $130cdn at Montreal St-Hubert and YQB
(both Pro-Aviation). Great feeling to pilot that machine and it is a good school.
Here, in Berlin Germany, an old Cesna 172 is around 180euro per hour. ($240cdn). Not a good value.
From my experience, best place to learn and cheapest place are in Canada.
