First of all, if you want to know who has the best service, it's going to be purely opinion. So, here is MY
, you get a more conservative approach to cabin service. For me, flying with BA
was like flying with the Queen. Very professional, proper, and truly international. Service was just as good as VS
, but presented in a more formal fashion.
With Virgin, I thought the airline and service was more "hip and swanky" when compared to it's rival. Not the "Old English" that you get on BA
. However, the service is still very excellent. I think Virgin caters to a younger crowd of pop-culture rather than the older seasoned traveller, but it gets business for both.
So, it really depends on what you want as far as experience. Hip or Proper. While that's somewhat of an exaggeration for both airlines, it also kind of fits.
