SAS Introduces New Routes

Sat Sep 13, 2003 12:09 am

From 2nd of November SAS will operate the Copenhagen - Kristiansand route
with 3 daily flights in each direction. Today the SAS partner Maersk Air operates in codeshare with SAS, but their partnership will terminate in October. The DASH Q400 will be used on the route.

From beginning of November SAS will introduce a daily flight between
Copenhagen and Bologna in Italy.
The new flight SK2685/SK2686 will operate Mon - Fri, Boeing 737-600
CPH-BLQ 11:50 - 13:55
BLQ-CPH 14:35 - 16:45

and from May 2004 SAS will also reintroduce the Copenhagen - Athens
route, MD80 aircraft with one daily rotation.

I knew about the Copenhagen-Kristiansand route. Where did you get the information about the other routes.`?
Are you sure Copenhagen-Athens will not be a Snowflake flight?

Hey,

I would really like to see SAS re-open it's Copenhagen-Krakow-Copenhagen route. I think this time it would be profitable  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

I would like to see SAS open up a Copenhagen-Phoenix route with the A343...or something like a Copenhagen-Kangerlussuaq-Phoenix service to connect Greenland with its homeland and offer some competition for air greenland. Yes, I know, very unrealistic, but I'd like to see it.

Copenhagenboy,
The information is coming from an informationmail for Sales Agents, sent
from SAS World Sales.

The BLQ flight is not a snowflake due flightnumber is SK2685. I will remember
that the ATH flight also was an "original" SAS flight...but now when you ask
I am not 100% sure.

Snowflake operates both Bologna and Athens out of Stockholm.
Snowflake will realese the new website on 1st October, maybe
we find the CPH-ATH on the site.
