How About A Learjet For Christmas?

Wed Oct 01, 2003 2:15 am

I was watching the news and they said Neiman Marcus had their Christmas catalog and then they said they are selling a learjet!

Check out the prices for them too!

Is this their way of advertising for Bombardier?

Yeah, Nieman Marcus doesn't take Visa.

BTW, they always put some out of this world product in their christmas catalogues. One year they had a BBJ.

Neiman Marcus always comes up with really outrageous $hit for their Christmas catalogs. I remember one from like '94, as United was putting the 777 into service, they had a deal where one of the United 777s would be named after you *and* you would also get unlimited free first class (space available I think) travel throughout the United system for the year. I don't remember the asking price but I imagine it was up there.

I remember one year they had a bra made completely of diamonds, not an inch was left uncovered. It was in the price range of around 2-3 million USD, if I remember correctly. Honestly, when I REALLY want to shop for some nice things, and when I have the money to do so, Nieman Marcus is great. I only wonder how they make any money only accepting cash, American Express and Nieman Marcus cards.
