I am going apeshit trying to book a simple LHR-IST-LHR 1 week trip with Ebookers. I have booked with them in the past without any problems, but today I've had payment rejected emails and when I ring to sort it out the call center agents (who sound and seem to be in India or some place like that) they are just making things worse. Now I dont even know if I have been able to reserve the flights. I find it easier to deal with computers than i do with humans!!!!!!
Why do humans have to get involved!?????
