19 Former US F-100s Have Found A New Home...

...in the Germania fleet. This may have been posted before, but I just read this in the newest issue of Airways. I'm glad they were put back in service by someone, as these are still modern, relatively low cycle aircraft and it would be ashame if they just rotted in the desert!

Good to see those Fokkers still flying! They must have gotten a good deal for them but they've still got a lot to offer.

When I first read the message I was confused. The US Air Force in the early 1960's had a fighter aircraft named the F-100. Thats what I thought of when you wrote US F-100's find new home. It's all coming clear to me now.
