The 767-300's from Boston to Montréal were baffling.
For a while, Delta had some short East Coast flights that were extensions of Transatlantic flights.
I loved the L15 from JFK
to Dulles. It continued on to Frankfurt. I miss that flight; I miss the L15. It was such a short hop, but it was great.
They also used to have a 767-300 between Hartford and JFK
, which continued on to Paris.
There was a 763 from JFK
to Philadelphia for a while too.
And the odd London/Gatwick-Detroit-Cleveland flight. That never made any sense to me. Apparently it didn't make sense to Delta either. Flying an L15 or an A310 from Detroit to Cleveland was just too strange.
