The Beluga In Beauvais For The A380

Sat Oct 18, 2003 7:16 pm

Just seen in Air & cosmos 1908:
The nose structure of the A380 , built in Meaulte, will be transfered by road to Beauvais.
The Belouga will collect it November 19, to transfer it to St Nazaire, where it will be equiped and attached to a longer structure.

Yes, the A380 does exist (Cf other discussions) For the French readers, there are over 40 pages on the A380 in this week issue of A&C

And now, I can consider Beauvais as a real airport....(even if it is not Paris....)

To see more pictures of the progress of the A380, here is a link that I have overlooked on the airbus website:
http://www.airbus.com/A380/default1.aspx
You will see the latest news, pictures and videos of the parts alredy built, or the construction of the various factories, and a 3D animation
Have fun
