Thanks for the heads-up! However I believe the documentary on the Swissair 111 crash will be on at the same time on Discovery Channel.

For the USA members:

Concorde: Anatomy of a Disaster will air on TLC at 10pm Eastern, same date.

There will be no documentary on SR111 at that time on the Discovery channel however.

Do you know if it is the same crap that aired on French TV Sunday 19?
i think that it is a shame to have this type of programs the week Concorde retires.

Hi

This was recently aired (and still is being aired) on the UK Discovery Channel...there are 1 or 2 threads about it.

Quite controversial in that the entire blaim is put on Air France, and British accident investigators have complained that the French accident investigators were very uncooperative & secretive about certain findings.

Tx for the info. In this case, it is not the one I have seen yesterday.
About the British accident investigators, they are just victims of a bug in the system (same as the French BEA investigators): there is not 1 inquiry, but 2.
First one by the justice, second one by the BEA.
The BEA report has to be public ASAP. But the justice is much slower and loves "secrets". As a result, at the begining of the inquiry , it was difficult to get acces to some documents or pieces of evidence, because justice wanted to do its inventory and expertise first.
