Concorde has landed a number of times in Halifax due to emergency landings both for Air France and British Airways. The last one I think was in Feb or Mar and it was an Air France Concorde. I am almost positive the Concorde has been to Gander also. Oh and I know it has been to Bangor, Maine as well.

af and ba concordes have been at gander plenty of times.
just to let you know that before concord went into service
just about all transatlantic testing was conducted there.
i would almost go as far to say with the exception of jfk and iad
if you include all the testing flights and other stops it made there
gander was number 3 on the list for north american airports in concord
movements.

Both BA and AF Concordes have visited OAK. BA stopped in OAK on their around-the-world tour. The AF Concorde spent some time in OAK to do the flight to nowhere during the late 1980's.

A Concorde (not sure if BA or AF) also flew into MSY around 1986. They were selling tickets to the general public for a 2-hour "discovery flight" around the entire Gulf of Mexico. We tried to get tickets but it sold out quickly.

Concorde F-WTSA (both Air France and British Airways) came to YMX for the inauguration of the airport in October 1975.

Air France came to YMX back in 1983 to drop and pick-up passengers who won a trip to France. I think the same Concorde also went to YVO on a charter flight for G.M. Patry, a local custom broker.

Another Concorde came to YUL when French President François Mitterand came to Montreal. I think she also went once to YQB but I am not sure.

As far as I know, no British Airways Concorde ever came in the province of Québec.

More information about the visit of F-WTSA on: http://www.mairie-metz.fr/METZ/AERO/CONCORDE/Histo02FWTSA.html

Wasn't Atlantic City at one time considered the diversion airport of choice in the event that bad weather would prevent a landing at JFK? It just seems that a large east coast storm causing problems at JFK would also cause them at ACY.

I went on the Concorde when it was on display at the opening of Mirabel Airport in Montreal. It made a return visit for a state visit that also left her for a while at Mirabel.. so include Montreal in your list.

Every concorde has landed in Bangor, Maine at least once. Most visits were by AF to refuel. We also had a couple of emergency situations in the past. When they came in I did everything to get over to the airport. I saw it a few times and it seemed quite out of place here.

FZO - Obviously, it was born here.
SOU - Charters? Or was it BOH...

Where did Concorde do flights to/from for AF when they were bringing them back into service after the Refitting??

Also.. Brize Norton I think... What about on the round the world flights, what destinations were involved?

I keep hearing she (BA) came to POS Trindad back in the early 80's, but I can't seem to find valid proof of that flight at all.

It seems like there was a Concorde in SDF or LEX once for a charter. I will try to check some sources to see if this is true or not.

According to www.concordesst.com did the Concorde do some cold weather
testing in Achorage, Alaska.
Other destinations, Rio de Janiero, Dakar (AF had a close call there), Zaire
and Joe Mobutu used to lease AF Concordes for his presidental flights, don´t know if Emperor Bokassa of CAR did the same?

I surprisingly saw the Concorde landing at BKK once in its own livery when I was young. I think it was on a flight demenstration tour or something? Another was an Air France charter a few years ago.

Hello,

I can add at least 3 german airports:

BA flew several years one flight for the CeBIT computer fair to Hannover, HAJ in the mid 90's. I had the chance to visit one Concorde on tha occasion in 94 on an incentive.
AF flew a charter ot of Hahn Airport in the mid 90's.
And the AF Concorde that flew it's last flight to Baden Airport to be moved to the Technik Museum.

Does "Demo flights" count?

Then add Bombay (BOM) to the list. Apparently Concorde landed in Bombay in June 1972 on a demo flight from Bahrain which took only 80 minutes (usually it would take 3 hours)

The Concorde has to diverted to Hartford/Bradley Int'l Airport (BDL) many times since 1970's due to the bad weather in JFK, BOS and IAD.

Last October 23rd, 2003, British Airways Concorde G-BOAG (BAW001) diverted to BDL from LHR for unknown reason.

Cheers!
