Thrust, just wondering but how many AA
mainline planes did you see at the gates? Just curious....
Addressing the gate situation, C will still be full to my knowledge with the mainline flights and the RJ
flights. B will take all the props. D will be unoccupied, and there is talk going around the airport that they would like to remodel it and make it just like the E concourse and when it is done move all the A airlines over there. Just kind of a funny rumor I heard awhile ago right after the cuts. That is the only news I have to offer on D. I would assume for the time being that they will place all airlines in A like they did F9
(gate A-10). A8 is still unused and used to be an AA
gate, and I would assume that FL
would be a canidate for that gate. After that all gates would be filled and I'm sure we could put some in E.
Airlines that you could expect to come in include AirTran, JetBlue, and an increased WN presence. Besides that, you are hoping for longshots, such as AS, LH, AM, NK, TZ.
