Where To Find Flight Info From 1988

Mon Nov 10, 2003 8:45 am

I am trying to figure out what type of aircraft I flew on in 1988 from BOS-PBI. I usually look up tail numbers from the Bureau of Transportation Statistics' website, but their records only go back to 1995. Does anyone know of a website that provides arrival, departure, tail number statistics from as far back as the late 80's? Any help would be appreciated.

May I ask where that feature is on that website? I couldn't find it last night. Thanks.

To find out departures form a certain airport on a certain day, do the following from the home page linked above:

1) click the dot on "departure statistics"
2) click on "sceduled departure time"
3) scroll to your departure airport from the list
4) on the next page, click on your airline, then pick the month, date, and year

Your info should then come up. You can vary your requests by selecting different choices from the various screens.
