Business Vs. First

I'm just wondering, what's the main difference between international business and first? Are they pretty much the same?

I know the seats on most airlines are a bit different. One of the major differences is more privacy in first and most seats recline to full flat position. Those are the obvious ones I have seen.

If you take a look at the websites of various European airlines such as British Airways and Swiss you can find quite detailed information about their First and Business cabins, and what the product offers.

well, i usually just go on LH... i'm waiting for their new C but till then, F is the place to be... full flat seats, personal vcr, again better food... you arrive relaxed... C class is not bad but the comfort in F is, currently, incomparable...

the moment, they really switched to their new C (with video on demand, flat seats etc.) they'll have to change something in F class, otherwise, there's no more difference...
