San Diego Airport Authority Sues Port District

Maybe the new Airport Authority in San Diego does have a pair.....

About two years ago the Teledyne site was to be developed into a wider taxiway for larger jets. It couldn't be done because of the lease with Teledyne which has now expired.

Boy, what sore losers! It is evident that the Port District does not have the best interest of the city in mind. Building parking lots for cruise ships and attractions at the entrance of the busiest road that leads to the terminals would most certainly impede travelers that are trying to reach a flight. North Harbor Drive is predicted to reach critical mass before the runway actually does. What are they thinking?

Once SDCRAA gets a hold of the Ryan complex, we need to convince them of securing a spotting area there in the "spirit" of T. Claude Ryan and Col. Charles A. Lindbergh! How can they say no!! If SDCRAA wants to reach out to the community (something the Port could never do), this would be one heck of a way to do it.

What a great location that would be. Right at touch down!

"the best regional airport for San Diego"

Awe geez! Since when? I thought it was an international airport, sounds so demeaning.
