"Official" events to celebrate 100 Years Of Aviation?

Wed Dec 03, 2003 1:40 am

On December 17, 1903, the Wright bros. made history's first powered, sustained and controlled airplane flight from level ground without any assistance at takeoff.

Are any airlines or airframe constructors organizing "official" events to comemorate this 100th birthday ?
