Hi guys,
In case anybody is interested, US Bureau of Transportation Statistics has Airline On-time Performance report for recent months

Yes, indeed, great figures (B6 best performer not only relative to punctuality, but also to -lowest percentage of - flights cancelled). Well done, B6!

Just one question: Does anybody here have any idea what caused the EXTREMELY (well, in direct comparison, of course) high figure of Security Delays?

On-time flying for all of us  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

Ok, boys and girls. Major airlines have most of their delays coming from NAS (National Air System, meaning mainly ATC) related issues. JetBlue's home base and the airports it serves are relatively quiet as far as the ATC delays go. And, their flights are not concentrated in heavy-traffic banks as they are with others. E.g. their home-base, JFK, is like a ghost town any other time except maybe 5 - 8 pm. Once again the stats don't tell the whole story.
