Anyone with info on the purpose of this bird being at the Galapagos?

Was it some kind of "wildlife watching" charter?

AFAIK, Hapag-Lloyd refurbish one jet each winter for luxury charters, maybe Lauda Air are doing the same. Those "cruise flights" to rather exclusive destinations around the globe include better seating (business class maybe) as well as better in-air sevice.
Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.
