Continental's service to Tel Aviv is the only US carrier service to the Middle East. Before 9.11, TWA flew to Cairo and Riyadah, and Delta flew to Cairo, Dubai, and Tel Aviv. Between the US and the Middle East, the following carriers provide service:
Continental Airlines to Tel Aviv (from Newark).
Egyptair to New York City/JFK
El Al Israel Airlines to Chicago/O'Hare, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City/JFK
Malaysian Airlines to Newark (to/from Dubai en route to Kuala Lumpor).
Royal Jordanian to Chicago/O'Hare, Detroit, and New York City/JFK
Saudi Arabian Airlines to New York City/JFK
I might be leaving something out, but I think the list is complete.
