"Hmmm, just like Song has. Add the fact that Jetblue is taking out a row of seats to increase legroom and seat pitch, and it kinda makes you wonder who is duplicating who!"
If anything, Song is duplicating B6
. Let's see - Song competes with JetBlue on almost ALL
of their routes, they decided to use IFE and leather seats, and they have almost identical fares.
I see your point when you (basically) say that JetBlue is copying Song by adding more to their IFE. However, since JetBlue OWNS LiveTV (they're the parent company), in previous press releases, they said that they would be able to add many more features such as extra channels.
JetBlue says that they don't do anything extra due to competition, and Song claims the same thing. I think they both do something due to competition - they just don't admit it. Afterall, what airline would admit doing something extra to beat competition?
