The guy clearly works for Finnair in some capacity which allows him flightdeck access - most probably crew.

This FO sure doesn't look very old. Must be nice to be in the right seat of an MD11 that young.

I know it is not to take pictures but my uh 8 (i think) year old cousin was allowed into a Spanair A320 cockpit in-flight in October. I know the UK charters won't let you in though (during a flight).
