747Fs For Volga-Dnepr?

Has Volga-Dnepr started operating ex-LH 747Fs ? How did they go round Russia's hefty aircraft import taxes ?

I just read an article in this month's Airline Business that either Volga-Dnepr or their founder acquired two 747-200F's to operate a Russian company called "Air Bridge" and recruited a former Atlas executive as GM. Is this the same operation?
