Hello, couldn't find this already discussed in the archives so thought I would bring it up.
This business of referring to aircraft in this manner, for example BA
Concorde G-BOAF as Alpha Foxtrot, where did it start and is this a standardized thing?
And if so, what is the alphabet? A is alpha, is B Beta? C is Charlie, what is D? E is Echo, F Foxtrot G Golf and what about the rest?
Is Concorde G=BOAA Alpha Alpha?
Your comments would be appreciated.
