Too broad a question. Obviously, it gives HP
access to Hawaii and HA
access to most major mainland markets.
And before anybody declares this marketing agreement a huge success/HA will add a second PHX
flight, let me point out:
- In November, only UA
were selling tickets for HNL
-Mainland on January 3; you couldn't even purchase a full-fare First Class ticket on other airlines. UA
's price: RT$4000 for DTW
/HA's price: RT$695 (prices include all taxes/fees). In fact, the $695 ticket could be purchased up until the day of departure.
/HA almost always have the best price on flights to HNL
. In fact, they're the cheapest (although DL
matched I believe) in the DTW
market by several hundred dollars.
