Not a bad thing per se, but not a good sign either. US has been circling the drain for a while now, & within that reality, I do not see those positions being replaced, but I do see more resignations in the near term.
I'll take the minority postion and say that I do not believe they are doomed just yet (In fact, I think they have about the same odds of survival or demise as UAL), but when that many Veeps start packing it up at once, well, I think the term "Corporate Metastatysation*" is a good analogy.

*For those who don't know much about cancer, or if my spelling is way off, Metastatysation is the process of cancerous tumors spreading from one organ or system to another. . . . . .usually a sign that the writing is on the wall for the patient in question.
