I strongly agree with UAL747DEN, UA's and F9's are probily one of the best out there today and are my two favorites. Here's some more schemes I like:

I think Hawaiian Airlines has a great scheme
especially with Pualani on the tail, the 767 looks great. much better then the previous scheme.

The opinions expressed here are mine and not necessarily those of Delta Air Lines.

Some cool airline schemes that I like the most, at the top of my head are the OLD british airways, and I really like Air New Zealand's tail a lot too.

Air New Zealand- somewhat bland but there's a nice, subdued professional look to it

Although there are no longer any airplanes wearing the colors, I'm still a big fan of united's old livery.

I'll be the lonely one in praise of HP's colors which showed up around 1998; the jade/orange. Clean, crisp, unique, and attractive to tourists and business.

The old livery of maroon and navy was pretty characterless; even the few 732s left look rejuvenated with modernized look!

I know it's just a single logojet, but still:

And the Aeroflot colours on a Tu-134, both previous and the new:

Of course, can't forget about Virgin:
