I strongly agree with UAL747DEN, UA's and F9's are probily one of the best out there today and are my two favorites. Here's some more schemes I like:

Swiss, AF, Qantas, Austrian, Air Tahiti Nui, SQ. The SQ livery on the A345 is my personal favourite.

I think Hawaiian Airlines has a great scheme
especially with Pualani on the tail, the 767 looks great. much better then the previous scheme.

Some of my favourites are Bmi, BA, Air Tahiti Nui, KLM, VB(Duo), Royal Jordanian, US, VS, TCX, FI, EK

Some cool airline schemes that I like the most, at the top of my head are the OLD british airways, and I really like Air New Zealand's tail a lot too.

I'll be the lonely one in praise of HP's colors which showed up around 1998; the jade/orange. Clean, crisp, unique, and attractive to tourists and business.

The old livery of maroon and navy was pretty characterless; even the few 732s left look rejuvenated with modernized look!
