New Destinations To/from PRG

Tue Jan 20, 2004 9:04 am

I have just read the BMIbaby will start service from Teesside, UK (MME) to PRG in the spring. Which other new destinations will be served from/to PRG.

Also OK will start new services to the follwing cites: DTM, MRS, Samara in Russia, Yerevan frequency will grow by one per week.

Any other news?

Just read on the website of Discovery Travel ( http://www.discovery-travel.cz/?fla=1 ) that a czech operator will open next thursday a flight between Prague and Sion (2 weekly).
Do you know which operator and which aircraft?

I think OK are increasing the EDI service to 3 times daily because demand is
so strong.

ScottishLaddie: Actually I believe the EDI service is going from 6 x weekly, to 11 x weekly, so not quite 3 x Daily  Big grin
GLA is expected to be started in 2005, with OK offering a 5 x weekly service.
Dont know if the MME flights will do well with only 2 weekly flights, with easyJet offering a daily service from Newcastle.

Prague is attracting quite a few people from the UK now that there are services from all over the country  Smile

Jet2 will be increasing the frequency on its flights to LBA from 4 x weekly to daily at the start of the summer season.

ScottishLaddie: I have also heard some of the EDI-PRG flights will use the 734 instead of the current 735.
