I am pretty sure that two of this proposed airline's destinations were TAS and ALA from LHR
. Pretty good, seeing there's clearly a demand for these services and there was only one carrier on each route at the time. However, this might have been the problem: in a monopoly situation, there are normally very high barriers to entry, such as being highly established and regarded on the route, economies of scale, etc. etc.
