there are two people sitting in the middle section where there are only 2 seats (the man is holding a newspaper). There are two seats, but why do they only have ONE PTV in front of them. I can see a PTV for every seat except these 2. Do they have to share one? Or is it hided anywhere?

No, each pax has their own TV.

The one for the pax on the G or H seat (the one without TV) is a "pull up" type that's planted in the side of the seat.. the kind that is featured on bulkhead and J/F class seats.

I just came back on SQ A345.

Both Seat 46D and 46G. (The two middle seats) had retractable PTVs.

As mentioned by Tsentsan, each pax has a PTV.

I think that particular screen (as pointed out by Flumuc) in the middle is used for the safety video presentation and other programs for the 2 pax seats. This is because their screens are stowed during take-offs and landings. Same thing for the paxs at the front-most row in the pic, you will also see screens mounted on the wall for those paxs. For other paxs it is no problem as the screens are right in front of them.
