Air Canada Jazz To MSY

Sun Feb 08, 2004 8:44 pm

Just curious, perhaps someone in the know with AC can answer this one. Why is Air Canada Jazz making an appearance down in bayou country today? It appears to be an extra section or a charter. Looks like the regular flight will be flown with a 320 today so demand must be fairly high. Any info would be appreciated. Also, are those 763 extra segments still on for later in the month?

AC2550 is operating as an extra section to accomodate a corporate group, who has an incentive/convention in MSY.

Believe the group is Kraft Foods Ltd.

Not Air Canada Jetz -

Air Canada Jetz operate as fins 402-405 in a 60J configuration.

Todays extra section on fin 416 operates in a 159Y configuation (previously operating as Air Canada Tango).
