This has been discussed before, and yet I could not find it in the search engine.
In the late 60's or early 70's there was a National Airlines 727 on approach to MIA. It mysteriously disappeared off of the radar for 10 minutes and then, 10 minutes later, mysteriously reappeared. The pilot and crew reported no unusual activity, and yet everyone's watch (of those who were on the plane) was 10 minutes slow.
This sounds like an urban legend. Author Martin Caidin wrote about it in the book "Ghost of the Air," and yet he provides no details, such as date, flight #, etc...
It sounds strange, but I am actually a minister and I wnat to use this story in next Sunday's sermon, so any help would be much appreciated.
