Be sure to look the part by dressing professionally. Passenger Service Staff or Customer Service Reps are one part Psychologist (to deal with weird public demands), one part military drill sargeant (when things go wrong and order has to be restored), and one part Conceirge at a 5 star hotel. Put these three attributes together and you get an effective CSR.
Just try to be engaging, ask lots of questions, smile lots, be happy, maintain an attitude of a perfect gentleman but definately SMILE!
