From the top of my head
Qantas
Virgin Blue
Jetstar (Qantas)
Australian Airlines (Qantas)
REX
O'conner

A few other smaller ones, might have to check the airport websites as well.

But only 2 major groups when it comes down to it. All the rest are bit players.

Major or minor? Total, there are heaps. Other than that, as Sydscott said, there are three major ones (two companies).

Cheers,

A couple of others that come to mind are National Jet and Skippers Aviation, and the various QantasLink companies.
