With regards to Europe - I think things are going to stay pretty stagnant for now - with the exception of MAS trying to build up their current services to its current stations.
As MAS works closer with KLM (and perhaps Air France soon) - we may see more off-line stations coming into the schedules - eg. the current Scandinavian link via Amsterdam. Personally, MAS should cooperate with KLM for its UK/Eire services instead of bmi which will actually offer UK/Eire passengers a wider coverage.
MAS is still keen to go 3x daily to LHR
and continue building up MAN
for now. Most of MAS' expansion is going to be on the medium haul sectors - eg India, China, Middle East and other regional destinations.
