Most I've done without hopping on a plane was 3:
(only traffic was an ASA CRJ, the rest was C-130s)
(a Delta 737 and ASA CRJ made up the traffic)
Not too uncommon for me to do both BOS
on the ground in one day.
With hopping on a plane, I've done MSY
, and BOS
all in one day...that was a good day, picked up about 300-400 tail numbers there.
I might end up doing BOS
in a 24 hour window next month (not sure on the BOS
part, but I will be spotting at MHT
at the rousing hour of 0530ish, in time for the first 2 departures to PHL
), doing spotting during my three hour layover at ATL
(I've already counted, there will be about 300 different planes for my spotting pleasure, including those elusive AirTran 320s and CRJs (at least for those of us from New England)), and for an hour or two at MCO
