I am biased, as SAS is my "home" airline, and I take in the order of 2 SAS flights per week. They usually do a good job, their service is quite good, and they are *very* good at taking care of their customers when there are delays or other problems. Also, they usually are among the airlines that have the highest punctuality. Apart from that their EuroBonus program have, several times, been appointed best award program. Due to the recent decline in the industry, and the competition from the LCCs, the domestic service has been "downsized", so the usual cold sandwich (with or without salmon
) are now gone.
I just wish they had "Channel 9" similar to UA
on their planes, and at least music IFE on the domestic fleet.
