AF 747 Seat Map

Does anyone knows where can I find the seat map of the AF 747 , and if it is reliable?

Alright, I was bored and saw that nobody had answered your post so I did a little investigating for you!

On the left you have to click on 'Our Services' and then 'Aircraft'. After that you will see a screen which lists the current number of Air France aircraft in Long/Medium/Short Haul. At the top however, in smaller dark blue writing, is a title which says 'aircraft' and below that in the same colour blue 'Boeing' and 'airbus'. Click on which aircraft company you are interested in seeing seat-maps for and then select the aircraft type!

1. Click ---> 'Our Services'
2. Click ---> 'Aircraft'
3. Click ---> 'Airbus' OR 'Boeing'
4. Click ---> *select aircraft type*

I'm not sure whether these are reliable or not as I have never flown Air France, but since it is on their site I don't expect it will be too far off/ out of date.

Also not ALL aircraft have seat maps. For example I do not believe that there is one for the A330.

Bongo, What do you want to know about AF's B747 ? and what type ?

AF is curretly flying a fleet of B744 / B743 / B742...

You'll be flying on a B744 if you fly MIA-CDG.
None of them has been modified yet with the new seats/interior cabin. They are still in a 3 classes config. : 13 First / 58 Business (30 Seats at the U/D & 28 on main deck, between doors 1 & 2) / 321 Economy.

After the modifications, they will receive a 2 classes config. with 40 Business (in the "nose" and until doors 2 ) and 393 Economy (including 60 at the U/D).

If you travel in Y, the best seats are (in my opinion...) :

25 A/B/K/L or 40 A/B

in Business, 65 A/B is the best at the U/D.

oh Bongo, my brother is cabin crew like me and he will go to MIA on saturday...but it's CDG/MIA!!! Wink/being sarcastic
