A search here for EI-BVO revealed the following information:

A Boeing 727-225, delivered to Eastern Airlines June 14, 1970 as N8838E, l/n 823. Reregistered EI-BVO, currently wearing C-FIFA for First Air. That's all I could find.

As to what the picture is- haven't a clue. The old Eastern hocky stick still looks good, doesn't it?
