Bomb 1,382 Vs. Emb 1,210

Fri Mar 26, 2004 6:31 am

The never ending battle between the RJ manufacturers has at the moment the current orders score :

Bombardier 1382 (1.070 CRJ 100/200/440 + 267 CRJ 700/900)
Embraer 1210 (891 ERJ 135/140/145 + 245 EMB 170/190/195)

The numbers in parenthesis are the official numbers that appear on the each one of the manufacturers homepages (1337 for Bombardier and 1136 for Embraer). I added 45 frames for Bombardier (30 CRJ700 + 15 CRJ200) for the Air Canada order and 74 for Embraer (45 EMB190 for Air Canada + 13 EMB170 and 16 ERJ145 for Republic).

Interesting numbers, which shows that both companies are almost even on orders and are doing quite well despite all the legal battles and acrymonies.
