Airtran 732 Histories

Thu Apr 15, 2004 4:13 am

After looking through the database at the Airtran 732's, I was curious, does anyone know their histories or where they are now? If someone just has a link to a website would be good enough, or if someone actually wants to take the time to post them on here is fine too. I just figured that some probably have pretty colorful past lives and am curious where they may currently be.

Thanks again.

There is only one 737-200 left and it is N464AT. It currently flies for an charter operation called Sky King Inc. None of us here at FL knew where it was until one day it showed up in MKE with the San Antonio Spurs. While it was enroute airport ops called us and asked who to bill the landing fees to. We called our dispatch and they were clueless about the whereabouts of the plane. We went to the F.B.O. and got a peek inside, it had been redone with all old Delta first class leather seats., It was funny thought because not all of the seats matched. It was good to see the old girl, and it made us even more anxious to get our new 737's on property. Hope this helped out.
Nice Trip Report!!! Great Pics, thanks for posting!!!! B747Forever

Using that list as a guide, go to Click on '737classic' and download the Excel spreadsheet. Once you've gotten the spreadsheet, refer to the construction numbers for each aircraft (the 5-digit numbers for each aircraft listed above), scroll to the respective c.n. on the spreadsheet, and you'll have your history.
