Condor,

Thanx for the information. Is it posible to visit the Tu-144 ???

I don't really want to "visit" FB...i think it will already break my heart to see her up there, so it would be even worse if I get in... Sad But I really would love to visit the "other" Supersonic !

The comment on the photo is, that they had to wait over 90 minutes to actually get into the Concorde.  Wow!

It was probably worth it.

I'm going to Sinsheim on my trip to Germany at the end of the month, glad Concorde is open, I've never seen one inside. If you want more information go to http://www.technik-museum.de and download the English brochure.

There's a competition on the website to win a Concorde watch  Smile

There is also information on the Speyer museum where you can see this:

Hello!

Yes, you can visit the TU144 as well. And the good thing is that you don´t have to wait that long. When I was there I walked straight in without standing in line.

90 min. for the Concorde are indeed a long time for a friday morning. So I really don´t want to know how long you have to wait on Saturdays and Sundays...

Best regards

Don't worry, it won't fly away, so wait a few months, until it gets less crowded there!

Very lovely sight, I often drive close by on the Autobahn A6, always taking my foot off the pedal to get a closer look at those 2 supersonic birds (Concorde parked there since last autumn).1
I know it's only VfB but I like it!

What a fantastic way to exhibit these aircraft.

Reminds me of Airfix/Revell 1/72 scale aircraft models I use to build as a kid and mount on the stands.
By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?
