Peru's Aero Continente Banned From Flying To U.S.

I assume this is due to the renewed intelligence linking their founder, Fernando Zevallos, to the illegal drug trade? The article mentions they're wet-leasing a US-registered airplane, any ideas whom?

Peru's biggest airline, Aero Continente, is temporarily banned from flying to and from the United States, the Transport Ministry said on Thursday, citing a decision by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration.
