Swiss Network Changes

Fri Apr 23, 2004 9:50 pm

Effective June 1st, SWISS will introduce the following changes to its network:

Zurich-Berlin Tegel down to 3 daily flights (instead of 4)
Zurich-Hamburg down to 4 (instead of 5)
Zurich-Stockholm down to 2 (instead of 3)

On the Zurich-Stockholm route they will begin flying Airbus A-319 instead of Avro RJ, Zurich-Amsterdam will be operated by Avro RJs only and on Zurich-Rome they will fly with a mix of A-319 and Avro RJ.

RJ100, thanks for the update ...

Is another plane leaving the fleet? Could it be one of the Swiss Sun 320?

Hi

I am not sure.

The routes to HAM, ARN and TXL are operated by Erj-145 and Avros mainly so maybe it is one of the Erj-145 that leaves the fleet (they have sold a few to Trans States Airlines in the USA).
