I don't know if you read the entire article or not from the link posted, but I feel it is VERY well worded by HP
. I think it's a GREAT idea to ask the family if that's what they would want done. Remember, if they say no, then it won't happen. For everyone in here saying "No, he didn't want that!" blah blah blah....Why not let his family decide? His wife, parents, etc.? They, after all, speak for him in a matter of speaking. If THEY think he WOULD NOT want this, then they will say no. And if they say yes, then I think it's our job to accept it, and not say how wrong it is. HP
is acknowlaging the fact that Pat Tillman is NOT the only soldier to have died in the middle east, nor will he be the last. HP
is NOT trying to be dis-tasteful in this issue, and I think it shows in how they worded the article. So, I find that everyone in here bashing HP
's decision to wait, then ask the family needs to just cool off, and let them take care of it. It's up to the family, and that's how it should be.
