What connection should I choose if I would like to fly a A340 or a 777 I haven't flown with either of them so I wanna do that. Airline doesn't really matter as long as the service is ok.

You could choose Air Canada connecting with Lufthansa at Frankfurt, AC should have an A340 out on some of the flights on that route. However, wait a little bit before booking, AC has a new schedule coming out because of their acquisition of CP, so they may totally change around flight numbers and aircraft type when it does come out.

If you want a Tripple 7 then you can fly British Airways, they are starting to fly 777's to Toronto in march from Heathrow and possibly Manchester....

You could fly CSA/Continental since they are partners, you fly CSA to frankfurt and then CO777 to Newark and connect to Toronto then. Just a thought, lots of connecting but CO does have PTV's in economy!
