ANA announced that they pulled off a profit of 25 billion yen for 2003 despite a sharp fall in international passengers, SARS, and the war in Iraq. ANA credits it to their cost-cutting. Also, they said they look to using smaller aircraft. I think this means domestic routes where 767s do most of the flying, the new 737NGs on order will probably play a big role in their domestic network.
