Log Sheet

Sat May 01, 2004 7:53 am

dear all,

can anyone kindly provide me with a log sheet that you guys hand in to the flight deck for the captain to fill in?
I would like to have one so that i can ask them to write me something for my trip from Gatwick to Cologne on 4U.

Thanks!

Try a web search. I searched Yahoo for "airline passenger logbooks" and this is one site that came up:

is there any way I dont have to buy anything and i make one of these log sheets myself and hand it to the flight deck?

Because my trip is due on 4th may, so i am in quite a hurry...

Please give me some details on how to make one of these... thanks

sure....perhaps that is the best way to do it. Just make an Excel spreadsheet with whatever you find relavent on the trip, (i.e. departure airport, destination airport, aircraft type and registration number, flight number, wheels up time, landing time, length of trip in miles and hours, seat and cabin of service, how much you paid for your ticket, quality of ride and service, pilot's signature, any comments you have regarding the trip, and anything else you can think of). In fact I actually did that for my flights when I was a kid.

Thanks Jhooper,

can you suggest more on what you think is relevant? It would be my first time to hand this to a flight deck..

Cheers

well, obviously you'd want the date. And then perhaps the reason you're making the trip.
