Mainline system passenger unit revenue for April 2004 is expected to increase between 6.5 percent and 7.5 percent compared to April 2003.

That's stronger than I was expecting. The industry as a whole is only expected to increase between 4 and 5 percent. CO only reported an increase of between 2.5 and 3.5 percent.

But did REVENUE increase? I could have 100% load factor if I gave away the seats for free. All of those increases doesn't do them a damn bit of good unless they are making money on them as well.
