KLM AMS - ORD & YYZ Next Weeks

Sat May 08, 2004 9:41 am

Was just looking at KLM schedules on our employee website and saw that they planned a mixture of MD11, 777 & 747-400 in the next three weeks.....
ORD shows MD11 next mon - fri and a 777 29th - beginning of June.
YYZ shows a few 777 flights as well in the coming days.
Don't know if they will actually carry out the flights like this but that's what my info says. Anybody with more info?

You are right indeed. You are a flight attendant for KL? Ever worked the AUA route?

Well maybe you will be lucky and you will work the KL0733/0734 or KL0781.
Incase you do, look out for someone in a male KL uniform with three gold bars on the sleeve. There are not many of them in AUA, two to be exact.

I have to be heading to the gate now. I have a delayed KL0734 to board!

Happy Flying,

'Airline Canada Revue' lists KLM 777 flights to YYZ for May 1, 22, 29, June 5, and June 12, replacing B744s. However, I saw 777s land there on May 5 and today (May 7).

We were missing a passenger inbound from Caracas. I paged Mr. Morales several times, but he did not show up, so I made the decision to offload him off the flight, so therefore I also had to remove his luggage, which took some time. After the ramp agent informed me that he removed his luggage Mr. Morales came up running at the gate. He thought it was a good idea to head downtown an take a drink at a bar. (as if the airport does not have any bars  Angry )

Anyway I told him it was too late and that he missed his flight, after which he started to curse me out in Spanish. Yes the flight was still at the gate, but the door was already closed and the bridge was disconnected. I told him I would be happy to put him on the KL0742 from BON-AMS at 02.30. He would then fly BonairExel (KLM exel) AUA-BON and connect on KL. After a lot of hassle and calming down (and a ticket AUA-BON for $75,- and a penalty fee of $100,-) I rebooked him on the KL0742 with a connecting flight AMS-MAD.

Well it's just another day at the office. Time for me to go home and sleep! Sleepy

Aww... how cute... I've tried beer... and i dont like the taste of it... so i wont be drinking... LOL...I see that KL updated KL 734...

I wanna work for KLM one day... but i know that I need to be good in Dutch and English... Ik begrijp een betje nederlands en dat Engels is mijn eerste taal...  Sad ... I think I look good in a KLM Uniform LOL...

You should of charged the guy an extra $20 just for delaying a flight and pocketed the $20... i know that it's prolly illegal and good chance there is... but hey... once in a while... life's fair...
