was the USA's (and I believe the world's) largest O&D airport
(i.e., not market) followed by ATL
Among the somewhat surprisingly low end of the scale was JFK
, both with lower O&D than many secondary and tertiary operations, such as MCI
. This of course due in part to their status as international gateways of the highest calibre, and the abundance of alternate airports in their general metro area.
