IL-62 At SFO: Anyone Know Who's It Is?

Fri May 14, 2004 2:17 am

I just arrived at work and while cruising up the 101 and I noticed an IL-62 over at Super Bay. Anyone know who is belongs to? Any politicians from Russia in town?

LOL.. I realize the typo and it's supposed to be "IL-62 At SFO", but I just got the funniest mental image of an IL-62 EATING SFO. Imagine an IL-62 Transformer gone bad, on a rampage, taking a bite out of the poor UA old 733's while kicking Skywest CRJs into the bay. "Aaaarggh... I hate you Skywest!" the Transformer roars as he goes on his ferocious rampage. The final show-down of today's Transformers will show a UA 744 and a UA 772 standing up in a rumble with the IL-62, Rundown style. (i.e. the two biggest defensive lineman from the club at the beginning of the movie.)

LOL.. you just made my day. I think I might have to go home and make an animated movie about this now. What do you guys think, Transformer-style aircraft fighting. Think MTV Celebrity Deathmatch, airline style. 737 vs A320 grudge match, 747 vs A380 in the super-heavyweight competition, Embraer vs. Bombardier in the flyweight bouts. Oh yeah, I can totally see it now! I think we're on to something big here!  Big thumbs up  Big thumbs up  Big thumbs up

Doesn't Gorby have a foundation at the former Presidio?
Maybe it is his.
